Ever since Zillow announced that they're acquiring ShowingTime for $500 Million a few weeks ago, real estate agents have really taken their fear and loathing of Zillow to a whole new level, and it's pathetic. The Zillow Fear Machine is in overdrive, and it's time that us Realtors have an open, adult conversation about Zillow.

Are they good or bad? Friend or foe? Leader or disrupter? Spoiler alert: YES!

My goal this week is that you leave with a newfound respect for Zillow, while also protecting our profession from their ultimate endgame.
