We’re often given advice about how we should nurture our romantic relationships - but sometimes we can leave our friendships by the wayside… 

We spoke to Natasha Silverman - a relationship therapist - about how to maintain and nurture our friendships as we navigate our way through adulthood. And to do that - we put OUR relationship under the microscope. 

Natasha gave us practical advice about how to maintain friendships when you have children, how to deal with feelings of loss when your friends meet different milestones to you, how to communicate about when you feel left out and how small acts can help your friends feel more loved.
