Hello and welcome back to the Feng Shui Flow podcast. Today I have something slightly different. I have created this wealth meditation, wealth is very different from person to person. It might be money as I said last week in my podcast, it might be just living in a home without problems. It might be that you want to go on holiday with your family more. Whatever it is, just take some time to listen through this meditation.

If you want to sit cross-legged, then please do.You can also listen to this in your car or whilst you're working. It's all about feeling into what is wealth to you and to let your mind wander and to let your mind dream. I think when you do these practices and I do meditate every day, but when I do, I feel lighter, my mood shifts. Please give yourself some time and enjoy doing this meditation. See you next week.
