Welcome to Scorpio season, ya'll! This water sign ushers us into the end of October, Halloween, and the darkness of Winter. Scorpio is set aside from the other 2 water signs as its interests lye deep beneath the surface. In the dark depths of the water the Scorpio yearns to discover what is kept in the abyss below, in the places we often fear to look and explore. Yet maybe that's exactly what would benefit us to do in order to gain greater wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of ourselves.
On this Identify & Heal solo episode I discuss the themes of Scorpio season and how to take advantage of this time when the dark and mysterious are calling. When the desire to gain a deeper knowing becomes more intriguing even if it is upsetting. I also weave in related themes from a wonderful book I was gifted (by a dear listener and now friend) called The Vital Spark (link below) Exploring the idea of whether or not what might be considered "Dark Feminine" traits such as aggression, ruthlessness, and rage are necessarily negative things or perhaps could help transform the World. Aggression is given a negative connotation yet all of nature and even life itself comes from an act of aggression. The definition includes the phrase, “being forceful in getting something done.” And maybe it's time that more Women asked themselves if this is something they might be more open to.
