It's Virgo season, ya'll! I'm just a little bit excited and not just because it's my birthday season. I always enjoy the grounding & cleansing energy of this time of year. Closing out the Summer and moving into the Fall. Savoring beautiful moments and connecting with the forest floor and our own grounded sense of self and connection with Mother Earth. Life seems to slow down a little and it's easier to hear the call of our Souls to remind us who we really are and how profoundly magical we are. Mother Nature is beckoning you to come closer, are you listening?
On this Identify & Heal solo episode I offer a run down on Virgo season and the energies it brings with it along with the wonderful and challenges aspects of Virgo. How we can use this season to get organized, prioritize, and declutter our lives yet also to fully step into our Nature Maiden and Divine Goddess selves. Remembering our true essence as being one with the Earth and bringing forth its harmonious and balanced qualities to the World around us. This episode encourages you to look at where you may need to nourish yourself and the way you move through your life more. Be mindful of your day to day routine and how you take time to honor each activity as they are what make up your life. Virgo helps us remember that tending to the little things in our life can mean the most and that every aspect of yourself and your life are sacred.
