David was a young, successful, high-flying executive, making his way to the top! First working for a record label in LA, he then fell into the business and marketing side of the adult film industry! By his twenties, he had 'the cars, the girls, the houses, and the expensive watches', and he felt he had the world at his feet. Then came Heroin. David's story plays out like a real life Hollywood Movie, and as heroin addiction took hold, he would lose everything. His battle against the addiction, the desperate friends and family that tried to help, and the eventual jail time, all make for a survival story like nothing you have heard before.
CONTENT / TRIGGER WARNING: Heroin use and addiction.

Once again we focus on the recovery and the subject of hope and survival!! We commend our guest Dana's strength in what is one of the most powerful, emotional, raw, and tragic stories we have heard. Dana was scared and homeless at 16-year-old, after seemingly being rejected by her family, she would rebuild her life, even through two divorces! Then, with two young kids, and things finally on track, she lost her partner in a sudden and tragic accident. Dana's story of resilience in the face of total despair is utterly extraordinary. Thank you Dana, we are glad you are alive today!

Marjorie had set off for work, not knowing that on this day, in the blink of an eye, things would change forever. A patch of black ice would send her car into a head on collision with a truck, and leave her without the use of her legs from that moment onwards. 10 years on, Marjorie discusses that fateful day, the physical and mental highs and lows, and how she adapted to bringing up her son as a single mother, and as a paraplegic. Amazingly, Marjorie focuses on the positivity she feels, the lessons she learned, and the advice she can share with us to help anyone who is going through a tough time. Incredible and inspiring beyond all belief!
