Let science blow your mind! Walking is so beneficial, and the effects make it from our feet to our brains! Our brains are under attack by our modern lifestyle, so let today’s information be a hand behind our backs, propelling us forward! And then a little tweak can help move our self-talk into a safer, more beneficial mode!

OTHER INFORMATION
Loving this addition to my walking routine – 5 Stars
I have been walking throughout the pandemic - mostly with friends. I recently learned of Carolyn’s podcast and it is such a welcome addition to my walking routine, especially when I am walking alone. I love Carolyn’s nonjudgmental approach to wellness and her focus on science and meeting you where you are. This is a great podcast and I highly recommend it!
