When I started a career, I thought I wanted to be a leader of a team at some point however it came a lot quicker than I expected. I was asked to lead a global team. I said yes without fully realizing what I was in for.

I quickly realized that the technical work wasn't difficult, but actually leading in a way that was making an impact on my team's work and life was. You may be leading a team or you are leading your company. You are trying your best to juggle all the things that are pulling you in different directions.
