Is it true that our thoughts create our reality? Do our beliefs replay so frequently in our minds that they can manifest physically in our bodies? If you ask me and many other healers, psychologist, & spiritualists the answer is yes. What manifests in our lives and in our bodies is a direct result of our thoughts which come from our feelings/beliefs. On this Identify & Heal solo episode I share about my unique healing session with the amazing Dr. Jolyn Starling. It is something that she developed to heal chronic conditions by using the inner child and unconscious/subconscious mind. It is a remarkable and thorough approach to connect with long held pain in the body to inquire as to why it is there, when it came to be there, what is keeping it from resolving, and what would it be like to let it go. These may seem like simple questions yet they can be buried beneath years (lifetimes) of fears, sadness, grief, doubts, insecurities, protection mechanisms, you name it. There are many reasons why we subconsciously produce the experience of pain and discomfort in our bodies. Luckily Dr. Starling is here to inform us and set us straight so we can end the chronic pain and regain peace.
