A bit about Vari..

I'm a Scottish Australian - originally from Glasgow, and I've called Australia home since 2007. Currently, I live on the Mornington Peninsula with my two sons and our adorable dog, Stella.

In 2018, I made the courageous and life-changing decision to give up alcohol - this has reoriented my life in the most magical of ways.

Through all my work, my intention is to create connection - to empower people to recognise that courage often lies within the smallest and gentlest actions. I firmly believe in our inherent creativity and capabilities. It's an honour to guide folks to embrace their potential and live a life fuelled by courage and grounded in authenticity.
