Jorge Contreras was a dance instructor before he became a successful real estate investor. In 2012, he had to have surgery on a herniated disk and had a 50% chance of walking afterwards… In other words, his dance career was coming to an end. 

He started investing his time and money into Airbnbs. He owned some and used an arbitrage model on some as well. He now makes $25k per month through his Airbnbs! With the help of a property manager, his investments are truly passive for him.
