Is your child’s special education teacher equipped and prepared to implement full inclusion or mainstreaming at your child’s school? Many are not, but that’s not necessarily their fault. To address that, there have been recent changes to California's teacher credentialing laws that affect general and special education teachers. We discuss what those changes mean for the nearly 740,000 students with disabilities in California schools.
