And though she is a mom, Alex faced a huge life change when she became an empty nester in 2023.

• navigating the personal shifts that arose when she finally started understanding herself through Human Design and giving herself the chance to explore what she really wanted
• building a self-reflection and journaling routine that she can turn to consistently, and how Revive Your Sacral helped her break through the body and mind resistance of "this won't work for me"
• how she learned to put herself first after not doing so as a mom for so many years, and why she thinks women of different generations have so much to learn from each other
• why she joined the upcoming cohort to do the Revive Your Sacral program again — and why she feels she’ll get just as much out of the program by repeating it!
