Sue Smith is another one of those angels in disguise. Someone who's there for people when sh*t hits the fan and things look grim. I met her earlier this year and her glimmering halo immediately caught my attention. How often is it that we think about the crucial, yet chaotic work that critical care, emergency and trauma nurses do? Certainly not often enought... Probably only momentarily if we land in emergency ourselves.
