In this episode, Jo talks about when the best time is to make a move. The truth is, when you start thinking about making a move, there's a good chance your brain is going to start talking some shit, and you're going to start second guessing yourself, and you're going to feel overwhelmed trying to figure out when the "perfect" time is to make a move.
That's normal, because your brain is trying to protect you from the pain of potential rejection. BUT, you don't have to listen to your bitchy little brain.
Jo offers some tips to determine when a good time is to make a move. Don't wait for perfect, wait for a good opportunity, or create a good opportunity, and then go for it! They are most likely just waiting for you to ask.
