On Wednesday, a 14-year-old boy was picked up by  a woman in Newport, Kentucky. He  had bruises on his face and he seemed antsy. 

“Can you help me?” he asked the woman, “I just want to get home. Please help me.” 

When he got to the police, he identified himself as Timmothy Pitzen, a now 14-year-old boy who hasn’t been seen in 8 years.
