The Episode:

Repeatedly for the past six months- the subject of “identity” keeps popping up in our community events. We began to discuss- who would we be if we could truly lean in and listen to our soul, with no social pressures of the outside world? In this solo episode- Ali and Cindy discuss identity and spirituality- and how to separate who YOU want to be, versus who others want you to be. Cindy gives us a meditation tip to figure out where our limiting beliefs are stemming from, and how to overcome them.
