Laura has been in the health and wellness space for years as a coach and trainer. Always trying to live life at a point of optimal health. Hearing the word infertile came as quite a blow. What does it mean to be in the neutral mind? The neutral mind can be compared to the eye of the storm. We experience something, anything, and we provide it meaning. Most of that meaning exists in the positive and negative mind. The positive mind will say "this is amazing, but I'm afraid to lose it" and this causes suffering from clinging. The negative mind will say "this is horrible, it needs to end" and this causes suffering from resisting. This "push and pull" is often taught about in Buddhism as one of the aspects of our suffering, and the neutral mind which is where we observe with non-judgement is where we can obtain the peace and clarity that exists in the eye of the storm.
