1)  Expectations - A lot of business owners 'just do the math'.  If they saw the same number of patients they were seeing elsewhere, but kept all the money....not taking into account the challenges of marketing, administration, and fulfillment.  They don't know their minimums and keep moving goalposts.

2)  Such Hard Work - Many business owners feel like what they make isn't commensurate with the work, stress and hours they are putting into the practice.

3)  Aren't Making Money - Some business owners really are struggling with revenue.  The phones aren't ringing, they aren't able to convert the leads they get, and the patients who do come in tend to drop off or space our visits.

4)  They Aren't Getting Help!  - These numbers change dramatically for those getting help!  We've all spent multiple years and hundreds of thousands of dollars to become excellent clinically, but haven't invested in ourselves as business owners.
