In today's chat we're touching base on a number of topics from hormones to pilates, period discs and men being the superior sex (jokes). It seems periods are getting a fair amount of air time of late, but hey we're all about normalising this chat anyway because WHY ISN'T IT NORMALISED ALREADY!? Moral of the story though: don't pop your moon cup cherry at a family (or any) wedding.
