On today’s show, I am joined by the incredibly talented Julianne Hough. Julianne was a professional dancer before she was even 10 years old and went onto be a global icon. She's an award-winning dancing queen, singer, actress, a former judge on Dancing With The Stars and America’s Got Talent and an Emmy-award winning choreographer. On top of that she’s also a thought leader and a voice of change, inspiring millions globally to reconnect with their bodies. She recently launched KINRGY, a movement experience that utilises dance, breath work, and strength training to focus the mind and sculpt the body.

It has to be said, the first time I tried out KINRGY, I started crying. I was moving one minute and sobbing the next. I’ve never experienced anything like it. So in today's episode we’re going to find out what an earth KINRGY is, the why behind its power and how in moving your body you can upgrade your energy. While it may sound complicated, the process itself is natural and very simple and I encourage you all to experience it.
