The shame we feel when we've been abused by a narcissist is often increased as we realize that narcissists don't care - and they don't have a problem with using manipulation (including gaslighting and love bombing, among other toxic ways to control us) to get what they want.

The best solution to dealing with a narcissistic abuser is to go no contact. In this video, I'll explain exactly why narcissists don't care (hint: it involves empathy or lack thereof, among other things).
