The importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion is front and center in so many aspects of life and work these days.  However, these can be emotionally charged and challenging issues to address in an authentic, productive, and effective way.  My guest on today’s show, Ray Arata, is the co-founder of the Better Man Movement, as well as an expert in inclusive leadership and the author of two books.  He shares some of his wisdom and perspective on the current state of DEI in today’s business world and talks about why we are so much better together (which also happens to be the name of the upcoming virtual conference he is co-hosting with Jennifer Brown).
