Did you know that more than 80% of people fail at their health and fitness goals within the first month of starting?

The answer? There is a block that we have that continues to get in the way of our success.

Now you might think that your block has to do with your diet and nutrition or the way you exercise, but I’m here to tell you that that’s not it!

You see, true transformation happens from the inside out. It all starts with the way we think.

We have this default mindset where we focus on what we don’t have. We focus on scarcity.

When we allow ourselves to come from a place of scarcity, we allow ourselves to believe that everything we do is not enough. That it’s taking too long or that we’re not strong or fast enough.

In order for us to create that transformation and achieve our goals, we need to start living our lives from a place of abundance.

On this episode of the Fall In Love With Fitness Podcast, I talk about the power a positive and negative mindset can have over you and your goals, how even the smallest things in our environment can hold us back, and how our thoughts lead to physical manifestations in the body.
