This week I'm talking all about self-sabotage- what it is, why we do it, what it's really about, and how to address it.
Self-sabotage is so common in the health world and stems from deeply held inner beliefs. If you've ever felt like you keep starting things but can't finish them, this may be why.
After years of seeing this firsthand, helping people through it (and living it myself!) this is what I believe is at the self-sabotage core and the best way to put those behaviors behind you.
