In this episode, I am joined by the incredible Natalie Russell who is a self-esteem/relationship coach. Natalie speaks so openly in this episode about her turbulent past. Natalie started her life consumed by chaos, trauma and addiction which resulted in her being in and out of prison. She shares so openly how self-love has helped her deeply heal those parts of herself and her trauma, how she has transformed her life and how she turned the tables to become a fucking powerhouse.
This episode may be one of my favourites to date because it is POWERFUL! We chat about times in our lives when we accepted crumbs, self-worth and how we changed it around for ourselves and in a relationship. Attachment and conflict in relationships, and how self-love has served as a life-changing tool for transformation.

This episode was inspired by a reel I posted this week on Hustle Mode. It resonated with a lot of women so I thought I'd unpack it a little bit further.
In this episode, I discuss what hustle mode is, the pros and cons, how I navigate working hard when things don't feel 'in alignment' or 'good' to do and share my top tips to avoid burnout when you find yourself hustling hard.

Gaby is the founder and host of talktwenties, a platform and podcast that provides invaluable life tips and advice for twenty-somethings. Wild, Wise & Whole is a podcast for women who feel the call to slow down, soften, and come back into relationship with their bodies.
Hosted by Lydia, a Somatic…
Each episode explores what it truly means to be wild, wise, and whole, not as an identity to perform, but as a lived, embodied practice. Through conversations on trauma, the nervous system, sexuality, feminine rhythm, devotion, and embodied leadership, this podcast invites you into a slower, more honest way of relating to yourself and your life.
Whether you’re navigating burnout, disconnection, shame, or a quiet longing to feel more at home in your body, Wild, Wise & Whole offers reflections, conversations, and practices grounded in reverence for your nervous system, your cyclical nature, and the woman you are becoming.
This is a space to meet yourself with care.
To soften rather than override.
To remember what your body already knows.
