Join me in this solo episode as I discuss all things period power!
In this episode, I discuss my journey with my period including my experience being on the pill for 10 years. I discuss how and why I've begun tracking my cycle, the changes I've noticed since I began learning about this and how difficult PMS can truly be.
I share with you the way I track my cycle using the seasons, which helps me feel more connected spiritually to the changes I experience. Talking through what each phase means for us as women physically, emotionally and mentally.

This episode was inspired by a conversation I had during a university supervision session when one of my peers asked 'Why doesn't everyone connect to their body?'
It prompted me to record this episode on what embodiment means, the difference between cognitive (being in your head) vs being embodied (being in the body). I share tips to help you connect with your body and reasons why women are often blocked from leading with their bodies.

In this weeks episode, I am joined by my previous client Emma.
Emma is an electrician working in an industry where 99.9% of people doing the role are men. Emma experiences sexism and misogyny every day in her workplace which we talk about in this episode, how we can navigate that as women and if it's possible to find equality in a man's world.
We also chat about identity shifts as Emma, not so long ago gave birth to little Luna. We chat about what becoming a mum means for body image and how to handle the shift in identity.

I know, It's controversial but this week I had to share something I've been pondering on for a good few months.
In this episode, I talk through the toxic side of manifestation culture, what it actually means to manifest the things you desire and how you can ease the pressure in a world that makes us believe everything good and bad in our lives we manifest.

I'm back for season two of the podcast and I must say I missed talking to you guys.
In this episode, I share why I've not chosen to set any huge goals for 2022 and why I'm focusing on habits that allow me to build consistency and connection.
I share my process when I work towards something and explain why habits are the thing (I believe) that elevate us and expand our vision.

Inspired by the shift ❤️🔥
One thing I’m realising about self-love is the anchor it provides in my life when things aren’t going as planned, they get tough or become out of my control.
I’m appreciating and noticing how much self-love drives me forward, allows me to keep going, to take a risk or 5 😉🤣
Self-love really is betting on yourself
In this episode, I unpack why self-love is crucial to moving forward and why you deserve to say YES to yourself.

Wild, Wise & Whole is a podcast for women who feel the call to slow down, soften, and come back into relationship with their bodies.
Hosted by Lydia, a Somatic…
Each episode explores what it truly means to be wild, wise, and whole, not as an identity to perform, but as a lived, embodied practice. Through conversations on trauma, the nervous system, sexuality, feminine rhythm, devotion, and embodied leadership, this podcast invites you into a slower, more honest way of relating to yourself and your life.
Whether you’re navigating burnout, disconnection, shame, or a quiet longing to feel more at home in your body, Wild, Wise & Whole offers reflections, conversations, and practices grounded in reverence for your nervous system, your cyclical nature, and the woman you are becoming.
This is a space to meet yourself with care.
To soften rather than override.
To remember what your body already knows.
