The answer to that is an obvious "No"... you change your life yourself.

So, as we get together again, in Episode 146 - after a short break - we're exploring what changing your life actually means, what you need to do and how you will feel.
Yes, we explore the experience of being present and, obviously, its importance. After all, if you don't turn up to the present, where life is lived, how are you going to live it? Like a "normal crazy person", you'll only exist and your life will pass you by. How sad is that.
Of course, as always, everything that we explore in this episode, from effortlessness to Flow, from focus to energy, is all backed up by a body of science that is, not in itself life-changing... as we said at the beginning, you're going to have to change your life yourself.
And my aim in life is to make that as effortless for you as is humanly possible. And that's effortless indeed.
