1. Microsoft is pulling its plans for a data center in Caledonia. A spokesperson tells WTMJ that based on the community feedback they heard they have chosen not to move forward with the site. The tech-giant could still look for a different location in the area. The spokesperson tells us: They look forward to working with the Village of Caledonia and Racine County leaders to "identify a site that aligns with community priorities" and their long-term development goals. Microsoft is still moving forward with its data center campus near Mount Pleasant. In fact, it recently announced a four-billion-dollar expansion to that project.

2. An arrest has been made in relation to the deadly Palisades Fire that destroyed thousands of homes and businesses and burned more than 23,000 acres in California. 29-year-old Jonathan Rinderknecht will make his initial court appearance today, but not in California. Rinderknecht is charged with Destruction of property by means of fire punishable by 5-20 years in Federal Prison. The Palisades wildfire is the ninth deadliest wildfire in state history, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.

3. The Brewers take the show on the road today! First pitch in Game 3 of the National League Division Series is at 4:08pm. If the Brewers beat the Cubs again today, that's a sweep! Milwaukee would move on to the NLCS. The team is hoping to go all the way to the World Series this season and finally win a championship. If you couldn't make the trip down to Chicago, but you still want to be among fans, the team has a big watch party at Harley-Davidson's campus. Bring the energy, a lawn chair, maybe a blanket, and get ready to see more "Milwaukee Magic!" If the Brewers don't win today, they will face the Cubs again in Chicago tomorrow night at 8:08pm.

It comes from OpenAI, the maker of ChatGPT, and is designed to be a midpoint between an AI video creator, and a social media feed. The short videos are created using the company's latest video model, which means they're more realistic and generate faster than ever before, but it's the TikTok-style interface that's garnered the most attention. Advocates say this is a way to make technology feel more social, but detractors are warning about the potential for it to be misused (from what early adopters have posted, there are already plenty of copyrighted works in the feed).

1. A public hearing is still underway in Milwaukee on authorizing the use of cameras to enforce traffic violations. They're currently prohibited under state law. The hearing is going on at the Summerfest building. Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson is in favor of adding red light cameras to the city. He hopes it will cut down on reckless driving. Senator Dora Drakes explains next steps if the cameras are approved. Today's public hearing is unique in that it's not happening at the State Capital. It's here in Milwaukee. This is the first time community members are getting a chance to speak up on the issue.

2. According to a new report from ESPN, Giannis Antetokounmpo eyed the Knicks as the one team he would entertain a trade to this offseason amid his uncertain Bucks future. While the Knicks and Bucks discussed what would have been a seismic trade in August, the talks did not go far with the Knicks believing Milwaukee lacked motivation for a deal.

1. The government shutdown is now impacting air travel. There's been an uptick in sick calls from air traffic controllers. Remember, they're working without pay during the shutdown. Staffing shortages are leading to flight delays. Meanwhile, the finger-pointing by politicians continues. CBS News has learned the Office of Management and Budget is circulating a memo inside the White House, stating furloughed workers and federal employees working without pay, are not entitled to backpay during the government shutdown. Congress historically has provided back pay.

2. All aboard the Brewers Express! The Brewers will travel to Chicago via bus for Game 3 of the NLDS Wednesday afternoon, with a chance to sweep the Cubs. Fans looking to make the trip to Chicago can board the Brewers Express Wednesday for an 8:05am departure. This will not be your ordinary train ride. The Amtrak Hiawatha Train 332 will send off Fans with Brewers giveaways, breakfast bratwurst, and appearances from Bernie Brewer and the Racing Sausages.

3. Prime Big Deal Days are on! A decade after the first Prime Day, Amazon hopes to boost business with its twice-a-year sales extravaganza. Over the next two days, online shoppers will be burning up their smartphones. 20-billion dollars of Amazon's expected sales over these next two days will be bought through "Buy Now Pay Later" plans. Critics say those arrangements can lure consumers into buying more than they would have otherwise and overextending themselves before the bills start arriving.
