  • Lentils and Rice
“Will we have a COVID vaccine next year tailored to the obese? No way,” “Will it still work in the obese? Our prediction is no.” Said an associate professor of nutrition at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in an article on Kaiser Health News as well as CNNHealth last week.
In other words, even if we have got vaccines already, they are known to be less effective in the obese. What? It shocked me. Maybe you are obese, or not, but if you are, I’m here to tell you, don’t do nothing and wait till you figure out later that none of COVID vaccines may work for you. Because by then, it’s already too late. Check the links in the show notes below for detailed report. Today we are learning to make a meatless meal, Lentils and Rice, which is flavourful and nourishing. This is a great dish to batch cook and keep on hand to add to meals through the week. It will keep in the fridge for up to 1 week. If you know some red lentils recipe or lentil soup recipes, you will still like this one because it is so easy and simple. Let’s get started.
