Sugar is not so sweet, because too much sugar can lead to a range of health problems, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, tooth decay, and cancer. The real danger comes from the added sugar found in processed and prepared foods, that we don’t think of as sweet or unhealthy, for instance pop, sweetened coffee, breakfast cereals, fruit drinks, baked goods, flavoured yogurt and so on. In other words, we like sweeteners that are whole, unprocessed foods, such as fruit, maple syrup, and honey. These sweet foods are often referred to as “natural sugars” because they are not refined and processed the same as white sugar.
Yogurt fruit dip recipe could be what you are thinking now, but today we are learning the super simple honey yogurt dip, which becomes fruit dip yogurt easily.
