The body can heal itself if you correct the burden that has been causing the problem.
Hiatal hernias do worsen over time and they won't go away on their own. This is true. Of course you have to DO something.
But surgery doesn't work long-term because it's not addressing the root cause of the increased intra-abdominal pressure.
95% of hernias are sliding. It makes sense that if you correct the pressure pushing the stomach upwards and you rebalance the diaphragm, yes you can correct a hiatal hernia.
So what do we see in our patients whose hiatal hernia has been corrected?
They no longer have: acid reflux, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, bloating, gas, constipation, anxiety, trouble swallowing or regurgitation, and more.
And what they can do is: lie flat to sleep, bend over to tie their shoes or pick something off the floor, they can exercise, they are no longer on a highly restricted diet, they can lift heavier objects without their symptoms returning.
This successfully managed hiatal hernia, or "healed" hiatal hernia does need to be cared for. Meaning you've learned in our program what is best for your body as regards diet and lifestyle and you'll continue following those recommendations that allow you to continue to feel great.
If you have symptoms of Hiatal Hernia Syndrome, don't continue suffering. We're here to help and our program is completely natural and not difficult to fix.
