My favorite color is red. Red is one of the warmest colors. I like it because I think red is a color full of energy, and it is a color that can be noticed from a long distance. Red has become my favorite color since my childhood. I think this was in part because of my mom. Red has always been my mom’s favorite color. She has always tried to have the color red on all of her dresses, and she prefers to wear red to attend all the special events, such as Chinese New Year, her birthday party, someone's wedding, and so on. The other probably comes from my cultural background. Red is the auspicious color in Chinese culture. It will bring good luck to you. Red is completely different from the other colors. To me, it shows warmth, passion, and most importantly, good luck.
