Dear Friend,
You are not too sensitive.
If you're anything like me, you've been told that you are too sensitive for many reasons.
But what if your sensitivity is actually a gift and a strength instead of a burden.
I wrote a song to all of those Empaths out there and Sensitive Black Folks who have been told all of their lives that they need to build thicker skin.
You don't need thicker skin, you need safer places.
I wrote a song for highly sensitive Black women and highly sensitive people (HSP).
If you're a Black Empath, this song is for you.
Black Woman Empath, you're not too sensitive.
There's no such thing.
You're sensitive and there's nothing wrong with it.
Your sensitivity is a strength.
