It can be tough to envision what positive things can come your way when you're first starting out creating content. Most content creators *think* that doing videos, writing articles, or starting a podcast can open doors for them in the future, but they're really going off blind faith.

This week, that blind faith is getting some backup. Will Friedner, a real estate broker in Whitefish, MT started out blogging years ago. That blog led him to eventually start a Youtube channel about a year ago, but it didn't get traction right away.

But about 6 months ago... it BLEW UP! One of his videos got nearly 2 million views, and many of his "Montana living" videos have received 50,000+ views.

Will says that because of his YouTube videos, he's getting 3 organic inbound calls every day.

That's 15 HOT organic leads, every single week. But... the story doesn't end there. Will was actually approached by a book publisher who wanted to do a book about living in Montana... and he wanted to use Will as the author of the book!
