She’s tiny but mighty, and it seems like we’re always feeling her influence — yes, it’s the Heart Center! 

Today we’ll be digging into the details of this magnetic source of willpower and material resources, and how its energy works in your body whether or not you have it defined or undefined in your chart.

I’ll be sharing my big “aha moment” about how I realized the connection between the Heart and the Sacral Centers was a major part in healing my my functional burnout, and how you can work through this to revive your sacral energy if you’re struggling with burnout too.

• why the word “ego” is not necessarily negative and how defined Heart people can lean on their consistent Heart energy without coming off as selfish
