We’re breaking down what a growth mindset and fixed mindset is. We’re sharing how understanding and shifting your mindset can help you become a better creator.

Before we jump into what a growth mindset and fixed mindset is, we want to share where this came from. Psychologist Dr. Carol Dweck of Stanford University coined the two terms to capture the two theories of intelligence.
