You can design your plans, but meaningful plans have to align to a life that you love. A life that you love has to be a true reflection of your own values. By making a deliberate effort to identify and live according to your key values, you will not only minimise stress and anxiety, but be more likely to have a feeling of freedom. But what are values? Why are they so important? And how can we better understand our own Values?
