This week we're talking to one of the most interesting women in real estate, Randi Mendez from Reno, NV about how she's built an incredible real estate sales business by simply being herself.

She emphasizes building profitable businesses that prioritize faith and family. Randi has built a strong "raving fan" group she calls The Mob, which is responsible for 85% of her business! 

She stays connected with her community through events, a massive Facebook group, and personalized touchpoints. Randi recently launched her nationwide Christian-based real estate group called Faithful Living Real Estate Group.
