Hello Dear ones. Today I wanted to send you all a big round of applause and tell you that YOU'RE DOING THE DAMN THING AND YOU'RE AWESOME! It's easy to look around the World and feel overwhelmed and discourage by the state of disarray, conflict, violence, struggle, suffering, loss, & despair. It's common to feel guilty and helpless like we should be doing something yet not sure what we can even do to make a difference. Well today I'm here to remind you that just by being you and moving onto your Spiritual & healing path, you are doing the most significant thing you could ever do to be apart of transforming our World.
On today's Identify and Heal episode I'm encouraging each of you to take a moment to take inventory of all the ways you've made an effort to do your inner work and shift the energies on the planet. From the first moment you paused to realize...something doesn't feel right with how my life is and the way I feel inside; you begin to turn inwards and change your inner World. The World around us is merely a collective projection of Humanities inner experience. Change yours, and you're doing your part to see the change you wish to see. Give yourself credit and kudos because you deserve it!
