Just some of the usuals at the top including carbs & birth control.  Then I get into something that I feel very strongly about, the social media groups "Are We Dating the Same Guy?".  I am vehemently opposed to them, they do us women no good, and they never work the way we intend them to against horrible men.  That said let this be a reminder, living well is truly the best revenge.
