Today we are diving deep into the topic hot on everyone's brain: the upcoming eclipses! If old emotions or funky feelings have been coming up for you over the past few weeks- fear not! Cindy and Ali discuss the eclipse season, how the cycles of eclipses hit us and how to get through them. In the upcoming eclipses on October 25th and November 8th, we are circling back to what was impacting us during the last set of eclipses in April and May of 2022. Ali discusses what tumultuous feelings are coming up to be healed around an event from the Spring and how she is trying to work through it.

We discuss the themes of self worth and values that are boiling to the surface, and examine how much we are putting into relationships versus how much we receive. We also discuss neutralizing our nervous systems and zooming out. Cindy pulls cards and gives us channeled feedback on two questions:
