How often do you catch yourself feeling the pressure of not being good enough, comparing yourself to others, needing to prove yourself?
It used to be such a core part of my autopilot, seeded so deep that I didn’t even notice it. My entire day, my to-do list, how I looked at myself in the mirror, … everything used to be tinted by that need.
And no matter how hard I tried, I could never get to the point when I felt happy with myself and allowed myself to take a break and stop those critical voices in my head.
And I don’t have to tell you what a damaging impact it had when I became a mom…
