There are no coincidences in life. And I do believe that there's a reason why you attract a certain type of people into your life.

So this special episode is a celebration of what happens when you consistently focus on your healing... because that's when instead of toxic relationships, you start meeting people who are ready for you, who are headed in the similar direction, who have the same values.

I met Ellen a few years ago and she became one of the first clients in a new program I just created. And today, I'm proud to announce that Ellen is joining us inside the Zen Supermom team in a new role that I created for her - as a Community Manager.

Ellen's new responsibility will be supporting the supermoms and superdads inside our client Facebook group, by helping them get unstuck from their stress/yelling trauma patterns, answering their questions, and encouraging them to trust the process and keep healing.

We prepared this special podcast episode for you so that you learn a bit about Ellen's personal story, what her "demons" were and how she overcame them.

How does it feel to be loved unconditionally - the good and the "bad" in you, no matter if you make a mistake, no matter if you look perfect... Is it even possible to be loved or love someone else unconditionally? Or is it just one of those unicorn theories?

That's a completely normal and natural question to ask, especially if you didn't always feel loved/appreciated by your parents. If you felt like you had to prove yourself, behave and act in the ways they approved, in order to get their positive attention.

So now it's really hard for you to feel like a great parent because you're torn between setting rules and boundaries (so that they don't grow up into being spoiled brats), but also loving them even if they make a mistake.
