I cannot tell you how important it is to establish the different concepts between present and mindful eating , but also how they go hand and hand together. When you want to lose weight, it’s not about the food, but changing your whole thought-pattern, interaction and relationship with it, which is what I’ll be covering in today's episode. Being present and mindful now so you can feel more satisfied later! So let’s get into it as we chat about:
• What present vs. mindful eating is and what the major differences are.
• Forming memories for your brain so you can eat less of what you enjoy.
• Biggest tips surrounding the five senses to become present when eating.
• How multitasking while eating can hurt you.
• Paying attention to the conversations with yourself before, during and after you eat.
It will take time, but if you can grasp these concepts in a way that works for you,, you will notice a change!
