Welcome back to part two of my Surviving the Holiday Series. The holidays can come with a lot of feelings: the good, the bad and the hungry! So in this episode I want to give you some strategies you can use to cope with the season to make it even a little bit easier AND an enjoyable time for you! So let’s mitigate that holiday overeating and tune in to hear more on:
• Picking and proudly owning an incentive or reward for staying on track the next few weeks.
• Having a plan and safety nets in place, especially with potential triggers.
• Eliminating the “I’ll start next year, or after this holiday” mentality- start now!
• Weekly calorie spacing and how I do it safely and efficiently.
The holidays are all about celebrating, so why not celebrate the way you did things differently this year? So before I see you in the New Year remember, keep trying, keep tracking, don’t be intimidated and don’t give up. You’ve totally got this!
