Go do this: 

1. Go do what Chris calls an “engagement sprint”, go to a hashtag that your target audience is using, and leave meaningful comment on 5 posts (or more!) 
2. Find a post that you like from someone else and share it to your stories. 
3. EXTRA CREDIT because this isn’t easy for everyone. Go on Instagram Stories and speak candidly to the camera about what your intentions are. (if you do it, tag @sweatywisdom and @makinggoodpodcast)
