Despite major age and experience differences, the experience of working with adults in a group setting is very similar to the experience of working with children in a school classroom. The tactics used in both are parallel, the need for versatility and introspection are the same, and the long reaching value of outcomes are profoundly similar. In one case we are educating the world’s youth, in another, the world’s Active populations, but in all cases we are just people trying to sell ourselves to other people.
