If you’re a small business owner, chances are that a sense of overwhelm is something you deal with from time to time. I know I do.

3. Do a 10-minute brain dump. 
4. Organize your list into the Eisenhower Matrix. 
5. Take action. 
6. Allow yourself to rest.
