There’s a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to weight loss, and in this episode I’m tackling some of the biggest modern diet myths that are still circulating today. I’ve compiled a list with over 65 myths and will cover them over the span of the next few episodes! From the idea that you must exercise to lose weight, to the myth that carbs are the enemy, I’m setting the record straight from my personal experience and years of coaching . If you’ve ever felt stuck or frustrated because of conflicting weight loss advice, I hope this episode sheds some light in a few areas! Tune in to hear me break down:
